Rainy Potion: Let the rain fall, lasts for 12 minutes.
Also useful in generating blizzard.
Windy Potion: Let the wind blow, lasts for 12 minutes.
Also useful in generating sandstrom.
Sunny Potion: Let the sun shine, clear the wind and rain.
