Report a translation problem
The goal of this mod, I presume, is to make it so that enemies cannot hit your settlements and run away from battle. Having reduced movement speed in enemy territory instead of increased movement speed in your territory accomplishes that without letting players frog hop from one settlement to another.
I have noted that your movement mods when combined with SFO's +/- movement settings makes armies unable to get any bonus in march stance. Strangely enough Solo Lords still get their bonus to march stance. Only armies with units suffer this bug? It is bizarre.
Do you think it is because a lot of stances have gone to actual whole number movement values instead of percentages?
