Discontinued :
WeaponCore has made it clear, it is hostile to modders who try to maintain their works.
Every month, these Files have been damaged, and no assistance or support given to make the work repairing them was ever given.
Entire backend sections changed, and invalidated prior knowledge and Codework, resulting in this mod and every other mod I made needing to be repaired.
Constantly with no Warning, causing any Mod to be effectively unstable.
I can not spend the time, on over 45 mods to repair them every month.

Vanilla Overhaul : Serpent Arms Edition
This Add-On to Serpent Arms line of Vanilla Replacer & Overhauls, applies the Resistance math to every block (past rotors, pistons and hinges as ID oddities)
Adding Reistance-Stats to every block not set by my Replacer : Yes , that means several hundred IDs - this took hours.


This mod relies and expects the Serpent Arms Edition changes to Armour, and is in fact also using WeaponCore for Damage resistances.
Select Blocks are given nonarmour-type resistances, and come in several types.

This Nonarmour type refers to these blocks being treated as NonArmour to Weapons-fire, allowing any WC Weapon with a bonus, malus or similar to take affect as usual and interact with the block's resistances.
An example is if an SA Gauss Round does 75% to NonArmour, against a Fragile block it does 100% Damage Instead of 75% due to the +25% of the block.

Fragile : 25% Energy-Type Damage Malus , 25% Kinetic-Type Damage Malus

Durable : 10% Energy-Type Damage Malus , 5% Kinetic-Type Damage Resist

Armoured : 20% Energy-Type Damage Resist, 25% Kinetic-Type Damage Resist
  • Wheel (All) (These poor buggers die a lot)
  • Cockpit (All) (To Reduce concerns with just terminating player control)
  • Remote Control (To Reduce ease of just sniping the control units)
  • Doors
  • Custom Turret Controller (Both Grid Sizes)
  • Hangar Door (All)


Notable Weapon Interaction Changes
  • Cockpits will be notably more durable to incoming weaponsfire
  • Gyroscope used as Armour will be notably less effective
  • Wheels will be more difficult to kill, reducing ease of movement-killing of rovers.
  • Allows mass editing of durability curve

  • Consider Hydrogen Rebalance, and armoured Windows for another release
  • Ensure Resistance Math is accurate

  • Do I accept Commission work? Yes. Be warned, it isn't always open as I get swamped quite often.
