AI Builds Aircraft Carriers

Description
All this mod does is change the single line of code that (unintentionally?) prevented the AI to ever build any aircraft carriers, which was a quite a shame for me since they are pretty awesome! They use them well, sending the fighter bombers out on missions and mixing the carriers with the rest of their fleet occasionally. They don't build them immediately, so it might take a little bit to see them in action.

The line according to the unitrules.xml file itself is a "Legacy value from when units carried other units interchangeably (was capacity of unit to carry other units)." This is set to 12 by default for the carrier, which is interesting since it carries 7 fighter bombers in the final game. Somehow this was preventing computer players from building them. Took quite a long time for me to figure this one out.

Replacing <CARRY>12</CARRY> with <CARRY>0</CARRY> in the aircraft carrier section of unitrules.xml fixes it without changing anything else about the unit in practice as far as I'm aware. This mod is just that fix alone, but if you want this fix along with another mod that modifies unitrules.xml, you can simply change it on that mod if you wish to, though I'm not sure if there's any issues with multiplayer if you do so.

@whoosh - finally tested it out again to be sure on a normal game with the only change to the rules being setting the game speed to fast, it does still work fine. i know there's this weird thing with mods where it doesn't seem to load them the first game you play when booting up the game but after that they load fine, maybe that's what you're experiencing there. (to get around it i personally just replaced the original files so i wouldn't have to worry about it, but definitely recommend keeping backups if you do this) or might just be unlucky, it is a bit rarer to see than the other naval stuff they build

@Some one people - hmm i've never actually looked out for that sort of thing happening, so i'm not sure if that's a normal issue or not. but unfortunately probably can't fix if it is, i'm no coder and just stumbled upon a very simple fix for this to begin with lol

But even though the AI ​​can build aircraft carriers, they cannot build fighter bombers, and will not replenish the fighter bombers after they are depleted.Can you fix it?

unfortunately that stuff's out of my league, not super familiar with how most of the ai stuff in this game is coded, especially since it's been a year since i've tried figuring it out lol. maybe someone else can try figuring that stuff out tho!

Second AI rarely builds bombers, instead send 100s of jet fighters to destroy wonders. Easy for SAM.
AI never has more than 3 barracks, autoplant.
AI never has more than 3 libraries, meaning its so easy to stop its research.

Could you do something about it?
