They can all be found in "Entities>Fun + Games".

Either touch and/or use(E) to activate them.

The entities are...

Broken Grenade
It could go off from even the slightest touch!

Omega Health Kit
An all powerful Health Kit.
Admin Only.

Say Cheese and Die!
A camera that takes deadly pictures.

Mega-Sphere©™
A legally distinct power-up.

Mr. Wrench
A being with unknown amounts of power.
Use(E) on them and they may give you a gift.
Be careful not to step on them cause that may anger them.

Standing or stepping on him should have a chance to spawn a heli bomb each time you do, pressing e on him should have a chance to spawn a helpful item like a suit battery. that is how it should work but there may be nnew bugs idk of

yo, mr. wrench isnt really doing anything..? ive pressed e on it several times but it hasnt done a thing.
