Devour (fixed)

Description
Devour now instantly deals 50 damage on hit, and grabs marine for up to 5 second before spitting them out. It has a 5.5 second cooldown after a successful devour.
Punching deals 100 damage to Onos and 40 self damage to devoured marine.
Devour energy cost reduced from 50 to 20.
Devour research cost reduced from 25 to 20.
Combat mod: Devour now requires tier 3.
