Ever want a private marina to dock at? This marina not only allows for you to refuel and recharge your boat, but also to launch, recover, and lock up your ~private~ boats as well. Please enjoy and let me know what you think!

PIN-locked gates (customizable at the front desk keypad by the security camera monitor)
Launch ramp for deploying and recovering boats
