Add Tower Crane to Materials Dealer

This mission installs a Liebherr 81K tower crane at the materials dealer (city).

In CS2015 (as happens in real life too) most of the tasks in a contract require you to bring construction materials to the construction site. You have to bring a trailer or platform truck to the materials trader, purchase the materials, load them, secure them, drive them to the construction site and unload them.

All of these steps are easy and fun up to a point but the loading part quickly becomes annoying due to some problems with the available loading mechanisms:

- The forklift is a pain to drive and handle properly. It has a tendency to launch pallets into orbit.
- The crane on the flatbed truck is s-l-owwwwwwwwwww.
- Mobile cranes work fast, but they take a lot of space, are clumsy to maneuver around, take time to get there and get deployed, and are needed elsewhere, so in multiplayer you can be sure someone will steal it.
- Tracked excavators have a hook but have the same problems as mobile cranes. The wheeled excavator is the most maneuverable but will still get stolen.

With all these mechanisms there is a good chance the load will end up spilled on the ground, thrown in the air, or so skewed you won't be able to secure it.

Compare this to the ease of unloading the materials at the construction site, where it is handled by a vehicle designed to do just that: a tower crane.

What is needed is a tower crane for loading materials. And this is just what this mission does: it installs a Liebherr 81K tower crane at the materials dealer (city). This has many advantages:

- it takes up minimal space in the parking lot;
- it can only be installed or removed by the host;
- it can't be stolen;
- it is quick and precise;
- it reaches up to all loading areas, so no other crane is needed;
- it comes with the basic game so all players can use it;
- it provides an interesting job for players: in multiplayer it is not rare to see two or three ongoing contracts with lots of materials being loaded. You can assign a player as a crane operator for loading efficiently.

Installation: subscribe to this mod mission in the Steam Workshop (right here on this page).

Usage:
1- make sure you have one available Liebherr 81K tower crane in your home base (not in storage);
2- open the menu, select "Jobs", select "Architect missions", scroll down to "Install tower crane to material dealer", select "Accept contract";
3- the mission will execute in a few seconds and you will see the "Job account" panel showing you earned 0$;
4- Select "OK" to close the panel.

The mission is finished and the crane is now ready. It will stay there until you send it back to home base, or until you close the game.

For multiplayer games, it is best to run this mission after you make your game online but before other players join.
