Starter SV Repair Kit Reforged Eden

I got tired of having to first make a base to repair the starter SV, so I made this. Has everything you need to repair it (thrusters, landing gear, etc) as well as some upgrades both for function and weapons. The only difference between this version and the vanilla version is the turret weapon. RE uses HV turret on SV (lets you have a retractable turret)
