This is the MP Friendly version of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX

Features
- Basically removed every features to reduce lag

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Controls
- Basic ground vehicle controls.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Advantages
- Good controls.
- Accurate body shapes.

Disadvantages
- No working headlights (always glowing).
- No interior.
