Metro 2033 Menu Theme Replacement

Replaces the L4D2 menu themes with the guitar-strumming Slavic gloom of Metro 2033's theme.

Originally created to improve upon MetalHunterR's upload. On close inspection, the audio files in general sounded rather low in quality for "44 khz" as well as being stuck to Mono sound. Now the sound quality is proper and plays in Stereo. I also added a fade-out to the end of the track to make cut-offs less jarring for the longer themes.
