console variables:
launch_velocity - impacts both speed and distance traveled when using ability
launch_max_energy - total energy
launch_consume_amount - amount of energy consumed per "launch_consume_inc"
launch_refill_amount - amount of energy refilled per "launch_refill_inc"
launch_consume_inc - increment to consume energy while using ability, in seconds
launch_refill_inc - increment to refill energy while not using ability, in seconds
launch_in_air_multiplier - amount of "launch_refill_amount" refilled per "launch_refill_inc" while in air
