Modded for mysqli by me

I modified the PHP scripts so they can run on MySQLi on modern PHP versions.
You can check the GET or POST frame depending on what you want.

If you're using PHP 4, just use the original score_script.php and mfa.
Otherwise, just use score_scriptGET.php or score_scriptPOST.php with the mysqli mfa.

The rest of the setup in the PDF will still work.
Just make sure you set short_open_tag=On in php.ini or replace <? with <?php in your score_script.
