Tenshi Hinanawi

Description
Tenshi Hinanawi is a human-made-Celestial from Heaven, and the cause of the infamous incident that caused an earthquake to level Hakurei Shrine. She was the main antagonist from the Scarlet Weather Rhapsody game.
Her earth manipulation can range from tremors and upheavels, to complete earthquakes and landslides. She also possess innumerable Keystone danmaku for defensive or offensive purposes.
Wielding the famed Sword of Hisou - a blade that only Celestials may use - she can keep her foes at bay and channel the negative energy of everyone.
Arrogant of her abilities and yet ignorant of exactly how much harm she can cause to those around her despite her playful nature, she doesn't actually know much about what it means to be a Celestial.
Her spoiled upbringing caused her to find areas outside of Heaven far more intriguing, and she wishes to learn all she can of everything, body and soul.

SPECIAL MECHANICS:
Tenshi performs a flip during her dodges after being knocked down, allowing her to use aerial moves.
After using Sword of Fate (quickly pressing backwards during the start of Side Special), she is briefly unable to perform moves that utilise the Sword of Hisou [ie; Up Strong, Up Aerial, both Side Specials] and she instead performs Up Light in favour of Up Strong/Up Aerial, and a stronger Side Light in favour of her Side Specials. Due to the button assignment, she can use moves in the air that would otherwise only be possible while she is grounded.
If Sword of Fate is reflected, Tenshi is no longer able to utilise her Sword of Hisou moves for the remainder of her current stock.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Keystone Shot / Keystone Drill
If the button is merely pressed, Tenshi will hold the rock in place for a moment and then launch it forwards.
When the button is held down, the rock instead becomes a stone drill, spiraling rapidly forwards. If the drill makes contact with a foe, it will slow down its movement and repeatedly strike the trapped foe until it disappears. Most effective when the foe is at lower percentages.
If Tenshi is in midair, she will quickly perform a backflip, sending a Keystone Drill forwards. This skips the initial charge when done on the ground, but Tenshi cannot immediately act in the air afterwards.

SIDE SPECIAL: Sword of Non-perception / Sword of Fate
Tenshi rushes forward, preparing her Sword of Hisou. Without additional input, she slashes, hitting both in front and behind her.

If the backwards button is pressed immediately before the slash, she will toss the Sword out in front of her as a projectile; it will spin rapidly as a long but thin hitbox, before disappearing.
After performing Sword of Fate, Tenshi's movesets are altered, no longer using the blade until it has stopped spinning.

UP SPECIAL: Sky Attack
Tenshi whirls around and leaps up in an arc, dealing damage to those in her face.
If she is on the ground, she is invincible until she jumps. Otherwise, if she is in the air, she will leap faster.

DOWN SPECIAL: Sword of the Earth / Pillar of Divine Punishment
While Tenshi is on the ground, she strikes the earth, creating four fang shaped boulders, jagging out at four different angles. This move strikes below Tenshi as well.
If Tenshi is in the air, or the Sword of Hisou is out, she will raise her arms and summon a pillar that will then fall towards the ground. While it is falling, it will deal damage along its length, sending the opponent downwards.

ULTRA: Swordplay "Sword of Swagger" / Keystone "World Creation Press"
Tenshi possesses two potential Ultras.
The primary Ultra is Sword of Swagger, where Tenshi will perform three slashes with the Sword of Hisou. This deals significant knockback to those it hits, though landing strikes can be difficult.
The secondary Ultra, World Creation Press, can be used by holding the Up button or without additional inputs if the Sword of Hisou is out. Tenshi shoots upwards and then summons a large Keystone that she can aim using the directional buttons. If it crashes into a foe or lands on the ground, it will deal extreme damage and Tenshi will automatically perform a jump as the Keystone explodes. World Creation Press does not end until contact with a foe or the ground is made; therefore, care must be taken to not drive Tenshi towards a bottomless pit.

PROS:
Tenshi excels at pressure through her projectiles and wide hitboxes, and can punish opponents with her vast options of nearly any range.
Tenshi's combos can deal large amounts of damage quickly, and many of her moves have heavy knockback and multiple hits. Due to her abilities, she can keep the opponent guessing and mix up her strategy if she wishes. Her edge guarding options are supreme, though must be well timed.
While her initial recovery may be poor, Keystone ?World Creation Press? can cause Tenshi to soar up high and get back to the stage; as she rides the Keystone, she is invincible, allowing her a safe return.

CONS:
Much of Tenshi's strongest moves and most effective pressure come from her sword moves and projectiles respectively which can take some time to perform. Additionally, since projectiles can be reflected from a foe?s parry, Tenshi must take caution to not be on the receiving end; having her Sword of Fate reflected will remove her Sword from her moveset for the duration of her current stock. An adept, defensive opponent may be able to maintain the upper hand on Tenshi.
Plenty of her moves have considerable recovery despite the low amount of active hitbox frames, notably her Backwards Air, Up Strong-Sword and Down Special-Sword. If Tenshi moves carelessly she will leave herself wide open; a powerful hit from an opponent is sure to inhibit her due to her light weight.
In spite of her weight, she can be quite sluggish and slow to act, especially if the same moves are repeated.
