It spawns where the Masked Helmet does, at lower chances.

I think it's stupid that it has the same perception penalty as the masked one, same for visorless helm

nice helmet, but needs a better name. something that describes it for what it is, not for what it isn't, if you get my meaning.

I think removing the debuff would be enough, Since it already provide less defense/coverage.

I wasn't trying to change anything, it's pretty much a copy of the original, I can remove logical things like that, add a defense debuff, etc

yeah I saw that too and was considering making a patch to remove/lessen the debuff

Cool mod. But why does it still give you a perception debuff? Your visor mod also have it too as well.
