Deep Diver sub with some shuttles

Features:
- Turrets on the front and back side, turret hardpoints at the bottom left and top right side
- Shuttle with a railgun, designed for two people
- 2 Small shuttles for one person, with no oxygen generation so suit is required
- Mineral scanner in the top engine room
- Battery arrays with toggleable automatic control for adjusting to reactors power output
- Automatic discharge coils
- Searchlights and camera systems, switchable via press of a mouse
- Connect Four minigame
- Lights controlable via a terminal

Some terminal commands:

- !be [charge], changes the recharge rate of emergency batteries
- !bb [charge], changes the recharge rate of buffor batteries
- !sc [charge], changes the recharge rate of super capacitors
For those commands to work, automatic control for the specific array has to be turned off.


- !t [value], !top [value], changes the maximum value of the RGB components for the main lights
- !b [value], !top [value], changes the minimum value of the RGB components for the main lights
Lights set by default to 200-100-0
Top and bottom values for the main lights set by default to be 150, so the lights remain white.
