Spamton Neo's movement and attacks are a bit slow, but by attaching strings to the opponent, you can greatly extend combos and leave the opponent wide open to kill.

Debuff: Strings
+ Attach strings to your opponents with a variety of Spamton Neo's attacks. On their own the strings do nothing, however when using down special, they can be cut to affect opponents.

Neutral Special: Pipis
+ Spamton Neo shoots out the Pipis, acting as a bouncing projectile. When the Pipis hits an opponent or is hit by an attack it explodes into a wide blast of Spamton Heads, which cover a huge area of the stage. When hit by side special, the Spamton Heads will attach a string to the opponent. Because the Pipis is slow, you can follow behind it, and make use of its explosive properties to catch opponents off guard, but be careful, as opponents can hit the Pipis with their own attacks, causing it to explode back onto you!

Forward Special: String Spark
+ With a quick move of their hand, Spamton Neo shoots out a weak green blast. The blast itself isn't very strong, but it has long reach and attaches a string on hit.

Down Special: String Snap
+ If the opponent is in hitstun when DSpecial used, their string will be cut, halting their movement and pulling them slightly upwards. Good for extending combos for long periods of time.

Up Special: Pull Up
+ Spamton Neo is pulled upwards by their strings. You can attack almost instantly out of this up special, however if you fail to hit an opponent you will be put into pratfall.
