Troubled Waters without Sky's Outpost

This mod is originally created by Nitsej, and like the original, it MUST be used with the Troubled Waters list in place of the original TW, obviously. I have merely made a couple of small changes to it. That collection above this description is the original reason I tweaked this mod.

Before I go any further, Nitsej asked nothing more than I give a shout-out to Club Ghost! He did not provide me a link or more information, so feel free to contact the gentle-person yourself. I wish them and Club Ghost much success in their endeavours! Anyway, what's different here and why?

• ]TLDR: I removed Sky's Outpost and restored warp limitations. Outpost mods and difficulty tweaks should be player-choice. I can tweak item and pixel drop too if y'all like. Not sure I'm experienced enough to mess with Pixel craft tho..

I have taken out Sky's Outpost, and restored warp limitations to Survival mode. If you're here for the U.S.E. content, then this takes away a hefty chunk of the immersion. While I apologize for this, it is necessary for many of the outpost-related mods to be useable. And even though set lore is lost, a great beauty of games like this is player freedom. It should be your choice which outpost you use and how you enjoy the workshop content. Looking at you, Sayter.

Also I have restored Warp limitations to Survival mode. There are many cool mods that can be enjoyed because of that limitation. Like the Transponder, the Emergency Teleporter and the WTM content to name a few.

I thought about restoring item-drop as well to give more purpose to Memento Mori, but like the highter pixel loss, it just seemed frustrating for no reason. I can change that if you guys prefer.

So when I first posted this I talked about Pixel-craft saying I chose to leave it it. And I felt confident that I could mess around with it, but it's.. involved. I can poke around to at least try and figure it out if you guys want.. but it is proving more difficult than I expected. x.x
