Bulk upgrader Player Fix

The Bulk Upgrader mod is a great mod, but has one problem. This fix undoes the problem that the player became owner of all that has been upgraded

The player pays maintenance costs on everything he/she owns. At game start the player does not own anything, and does not pay maintenace costs. Once the Bulk Upgrader updated constructions the player became the owner, and started to pay the maintenance costs. Often this will bankrupt the player in no time. This mod fix gives away all what you upgrade = no maintenance costs.

So in short: all what you upgrade, you give away and will not pay any maintenance costs for these items.

!!!The original mod has to be installed, and higher in the load order so it loads first!!!
