Description
A vessel for Death that didn't exactly go as planned, play as Valley & Death spreading their deadly fumes. Valley can place pockets of poison using fstrong, ustrong, uspecial, and dspecial (on hit). Use the clouds to enhanced her specials, allowing her to do a extra diagonal dash, increase the size of her poison blast, and fuel her slam. Keep in mind however, as easily as you can place downs clouds, the opponent can easily blow them away. Those who can manage their poison clouds well will find success with this flashy set up character.

tips-
normal dspecial on hit restores djump
boosted fspecial restores fspecial
holding parry during uspecial will do a much shorter version
short uspecial doesnt go into parrystun
uspecial can angle the projectile
instantly turning around during nspecial will perform a wave bounce

Quick question: would you say this character could be classified as a character born in the rival of aether world, or are they from their own canon? I'm making a list of rival canon workshop characters

u-tilt extends the hurt box way further than where her body is visually displayed, it's a disjointed tornado attack so i don't see the hesitance in making it like any other anti air up-tilt. wouldn't be that busted.

The cooldown on n-special is way too long, at least make the uncharged version have the uncharged version be how it was a few patches ago.

ngl dont know what to tell you other then whoever ur fighting should prob just get better lol.
fstrong is frame 22 in start up and 30 frames of endlag(43 on wiff)
the projectile comes out at frame 25 and can be crouch cancelled
this also includes the most recent nerf to both ustrong and fstrong where the projectile puts you in extended stun on parry.
in comparison the slowest strong kragg fstrong in base cast has 24 frames of start up but also only has 19 frames of endlag (29 on wiff).
valley fstrong is a good move dont get me wrong but it has objectively big flaws likes its lag and very punishable projectile so if ur winning against people only using fstrong that might be a them problem. im glad you play the character though and i will be open to more feedback.

I've noticed that fsmash is extremely overtuned, to the point where i'm using it for a quarter of the match since the risk-reward is messed up

It's relatively fast with not much endlag, has an absolutely massive initial hit that kills at like 90-100 or sets up into a kill, and has a projectile that helps cover options with lots of range while setting up stage control. Even without the killing intial hit the move would be strong, but with it the move helps with pressure, killing, getting opponents offstage and setting up stage control all in one move.

fspecial doesnt have prat on hit so it does allow u to cross up people if ur reading their di
people also use it as a good way to tech chase since u can quickly reposition urself
boosted fspecial is one of her best neutral/advantage tools because it allows her to close the distance at any point around the stage super well
idk if u know this but try messing around into dspecial fspecial combos
it opens a lot for the character

I think her f-special should be jump cancel-able on hit, it's weird how outside of using it in a cloud for recovery it's not that useful. It has too much recovery after hitting the opponent to be used offensively when it could have application in neutral even on stage.
