Thank you, I am using another mod that makes domestic slaves have other jobs.
I just wanted to give domestic servants a bit of more free will by allowing them to take special jobs. Normal domestic servants can only do low tier jobs.
This is not that necessary. A slave is a slave after all.
Still, I do need pops working specialists jobs from mods that add new buildings. Quick example the mech building from Invasion mod.

As for your questions, it affects all pops of all strata, but it has to be of a job type that they are not restricted from working already. You cannot force a chattel slave to work ruler jobs with the Alpha or Beta trait. From what I recall about domestic servants, it should work fine.
I am having the same problem Sparkz has.
I have been having problems with my pops refusing to do specialist jobs.
I have only one question. Does it affect slaves?
For example:
If I have a domestic servant. Can I give him a a Gamma perk to force it to work specialist job?
