1994 Horizon Tutamen Offroad [Topped] - Vroom Motor Co. - 824b

A hardy 4-seater vehicle made to operate with ease on rough surfaces. People have argued over whether it's a pickup with a small bed or an SUV, but in truth there is no answer. Even VMC doesn't know, but what they do know is that it's plenty offroad-capable. This version comes with a fabric top for the back, keeping whatever you're carrying around with you dry in wet weather.

As if it wasn't capable enough, however, mechanics still tinker with it to further its competence on uneven terrain. This version also features a lightbar, a bullbar, supporting rear pillars, and raised suspension.

Disable Steering for window wipers, as per usual.

Please read the following information:
Tricorn and Oncario were growing fast, outpacing the rest of VMC. They decided to become more independent, and make more of a name for themselves. They didn't leave the company as a whole, but instead become more of partners than divisions. With this also comes some changes to the branding of the two divisions. They will still keep the iconic 'V' logo, but it may be found on vehicles less often, and the thumbnail styling may change.

Captain Jack Sparrow's workshop issue has been resolved, and so Tricorn, Oncario, and Sparrow Customs vehicles will now be uploaded to his workshop.
