@SweeTea type nav_generate in console for basic navmesh, might not be perfect but it will work

can see beyond reality when enabaling flashlights, lighting is really weirdly daytime-ish yet dark, having like 20 fps (GTX970, 16gb ram ddr4 2400mhz, i5-7400)
