Dutch Mantel or Mantell - WWC / later years.

After Dutch was released from WWF, Dutch would briefly join the indie scene wrestling in OVW & IWA Mid-South, mostly helping with booking while doing a few hardcore / deathmatches.

Dutch would then join WWC where he helped with booking then joining IWA Puerto Rico being a creative consultant where he wrote storylines and booked the shows, while in both promotions he mainly wrestled in hardcore matches.
After helping out in Puerto Rico he was TNA's producer until 2009 having another brief run on the indies until retiaring from wrestling in 2013 though he remained in the buisness as a manager.
