16 bit division

Description
Improved version of previos division.

A and B is white and black
Green - result
Light green - remainder

Works only with 16 bit unsingned integers, but it's easy to make it work with negative numbers too.

it does work with negative numbers if you input them with twos compliment (also allows for subtraction)
