中国广西文化艺术中心坐落于南宁市五象新区邕江之畔，与青秀山隔江相望。中心总净用地面积244亩，总建筑面积约39.88万平方米，由文化艺术中心、水系景观及配套工程三大部分构成。本次竣工的文化艺术中心部分用地104亩，建筑面积约11.48万平方米，建筑规模名列同类建筑的全国第四，主要建设内容为一个1800座的大剧院、一个1200座的音乐厅、一个600座的多功能厅;水系景观用地43亩，主要建设人工景观湖。是广西自治区内目前规模最大、设备最优、功能最全的文化活动殿堂，项目实现了多个国内一流和国际领先。

China Guangxi Culture and Art Center is located on the yongjiang River, Wuxiang New District, Nanning city, facing Qingxiu Mountain across the river. The center has a total net land area of 244 mu and a total construction area of 398,800 square meters, consisting of three major parts: culture and art center, water landscape and supporting projects. The completed cultural and arts Center covers an area of 104 mu with a construction area of 114,800 square meters, ranking fourth among similar buildings in China. The main construction contents include an 1,800-seat grand theater, a 1,200-seat concert hall and a 600-seat multi-function hall. Water system landscape land 43 mu, the main construction of artificial landscape lake. At present, it is the largest, best-equipped and most functional cultural activity hall in Guangxi Autonomous Region. The project has achieved a number of first-class domestic and international leading projects.
