Description
This is similar to my other Vista Point Overlook Rest Stop, but includes a cafe, viewing deck off the back of the park area, and a playground for the kids. Only the entrance of the viewing deck is within the boundary of the park. This park does not flatten terrain.

You MUST place this within a ZONED PARK AREA.
