[Bug Fix] Regionless gives the proper effect

Description
So regionless is suppose to give this effect but the listeners do not for some reason, so I created my own way of doing this. This checks if every faction is regionless at the start and end of their turn.

Is now included in the bug fix mod.

Compatible with everything, only uses script. Be careful using this in Multiplayer may cause Desyncs.

If you're interested in another bug fix, when you declare emperor and earn yourself and emperor seat, if you happen to lose your seat and are no longer an emperor, you still have the emperor buff. Possible to have it removed when no longer emperor?

@Lateralus Yes, this is a feature intended by the game but doesn't work and now does with this mod enabled.

So what your saying is, this feature never worked in vanilla game? I don't know what you mean by using the word 'listeners' in this context.
