[HORDE] Halo Flood Config

Custom config for the Horde game mode (This is a HEAVY WIP)

In order to load the config when you load into gmod and select the horde gamemode. When choosing a map a text area on the right of the screen where you edit settings should be there named "name of external config" there you put
fs_config
that and only that. the content required by the mod is 100% required. other mods that work with normal horde WILL work with this
