Kislev Cavalry Shields

Small and simple mod that resizes the shields of Winged Lancers and additionally fixes the position on Gryphon Legion (They weren't holding it in their hands). The Shields are now smaller and more in line with what a cavalry shield would look like. Vanilla was more a infantry equipment. Also now matches the Unit Cards better.

Should be compatible with reskins like the 'Motherland' one.
