Replaces Sam's and Future Sam's models that gives them more "tacticool" design, which is just a mish mash of some models.
The vest's texture isn't that low quality, it's just my settings.

Issues:
You can see Sam's neck clipping with the vest sometimes.
Some third person animations (specifically on legs) look weird.
First Person melee kills look weird.
Playermodels that use Sam's hands (like Rodriguez) are replaced.
Sam lacks the torso in shadow.
