This adds a pair of scissors as a melee weapon to Dr. Malroy's Absolution.

NOTE: This is a temp addon since R2L isn't available yet.
NOTE: This addon will only function with Dr. Malroy's Absolution, and/or campaigns with 'scissors' marked as a melee weapon.
