Faster Turn Signal Speeds for all SCS Trucks

Description
This mod increases the rate at which the turn signals operate for all SCS trucks as of update 1.47. The blinker_delay value in the animations.sui file has been updated for each truck from 0.4 to 0.333, except for the old & new Volvo VNL which already have the value of 0.333. Enjoy!

The steering wheel issue with the W900 has been resolved, and the 5700XE has been included in this mod.

This mod causes the W900 steering wheel to break after the recent update I just came to this conclusion after adding/removing mods

The mod should work with all versions. I have just updated it to include the SCS Western Star 57X.
