Terrain Trees Remover

Description
It is only recommended to use this mod if you have very weak CPU.

The mod modifies terrain forest parameters for all levels, removing terrain trees. This reduces amount of geometry to be rendered each frame (even though each far tree is 4 vertices) by a large value, which can greatly improve CPU performance, especially on low-end PCs.

From my experience, absense of terrain's large vegetation can add up to 30% FPS. Of course, the cost is that level environments won't be too good-looking. This only helps if you are CPU-bound (if you are not sure what does that mean, may read this: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/directx/cpu-and-gpu-boundedness/ ).

Note: The mod only removes trees from terrain vegetation, as in, which are placed automatically. There are still trees placed manually as common models, usually in architecture-filled areas. Not too many though, shouldn't hurt to leave them be.

Note 2: The mod only removes terrain trees and not other terrain vegetation. That means crumbs, bushes, flowers, grass and other small plants are still there.

Note 3: The mod will only work in moddable version of the game.

Note 4: Subscribing to the mod will also remove trees in all custom levels which use official unresaved biomes and forest parameters. This also applies to terrain work you can do in editor - official biomes will not have trees until you unsubscribe.

@The solar flare there is but you have to be a tech savvy to know which one it is.
If I recall correctly its the CPU then custom and scroll down and its tree distance rendering and you adjust the bar for how many trees to be rendered.

This should be a default performance option but okay. I'm sure someone will find it useful and people appreciate the consideration
