(Through-The-Legs Back Mount Escape followed by Knee Strike to Quad)

It's not enough to escape your opponent's hold; you must punish them for even trying to trap you! Slide under their legs, free yourself from their grasp, then climb on top of their back. After that, unleash a knee strike to their quad to make them feel the pain they intended to give you. If your mean little strike breaks up their attempts to guard themselves from future attacks, that’s a nice little bonus. But the pain is the point; this is a quad killer, not a guard crusher!
