@wrigley im pretty sure they did it was a npc pack called the combine synths npc pack it runs on vj base it also includes the cremator and the crabsynth with others

I'm still waiting for the day someone makes a full proper 100% accurate recreation that combine guard concept art in the thumbnail with the hair and the big boots.
