Tar Monster Playermodel (Scooby Doo)

Description
The Tar Monster from Scooby Doo as a usable playermodel, at last!

First playermodel so it's definitely not perfect, but it's serviceable. May revisit & update once I'm more fluent in Blender to make it better.

Comes with c_hands, too.

Can you make a playable model of Monster scooby-Doo from Monsters unleaded? There was a PC game with the model, warning this zip file rather doesn’t work with g-mod or has a virus in it because I haven’t downloaded it, https://www.models-resource.com/pc_computer/scoobydoo2monstersunleashed/model/28566/
