Dimmer Galaxy

Description
Dimmer Galaxy changes the image files for nebulae and the galaxy center to be dimmer and warmer in color. This makes game performance MUCH better on older/cheaper hardware, and you won't be blinded when you scroll too close to the EXTREMELY bright galaxy center.

Will work in 3.*

This works in ironman & multiplayer, and will likely never break as the game gets updated since it just changes a few image files.
