I am not totally sure (uninstalled 3 mods because I didn´t know where it came from) but relatively that your mod breaks the AI
After installing this mod I got a starting error on EVERY map vs AI, causing them to go idle
Error 0016..... = antalonia
or something like that

Cool map, but one gold mine?

Went ahead and gave this a try with some friends. The map idea is pretty novel, and creative. Having an ocean space that can contested only by one other player at a time is neat, too.

Unfortunately. All players ignored the center mountain range tor the entire game, and resources were incredibly shallow, making the map a little frustrating that 70% of the map space was virtually useless space. If my recommendations are welcome at all: I would put a lot of the gold in the mountain ranges.
