Vehicles: End Year and Running Cost

Description
Allows to tweak several parameters of all vehicles (including mods):

- End Year by adding a configurable number. So you can purchase older vehicles for longer.
- Running costs via multiplier (5% increments).

I was going to ask if you could fix this, but it seems it isn't your mod to blame.
I used a h4e-mod, but the purchase price still doubled.
As far as I can tell, it is a game countermeasure...

It literally just multiplies values to whatever you set, there is no logic.

It works, but not like it should...
In my case, it cuts the running cost in half, but doubles the purchase price!

Hallo, ich finde den Mod wirklich nützlich, vielen Dank dafür. Wäre es möglich noch eine Einstellung für Zugkompositionen hinzuzufügen oder fallen diese unter Lokomotiven?

Seems like updated version didn't download for some reason. Try restarting Steam and the game.

I just tried the mod from gaining ahead but it still doesn't work.
