[SP/CO-06] Kill the Klingon

Description
v0.5 ALPHA WIP
Sources have reported that CSAT forces have forged an alliance with the Klingons. In response to this, you must take out the Klingon officer currently in command of CSAT forces in Stratis to allow NATO forces to move in.
