Description
This item has been mothballed. While not completely scrapped, there are a number of items for this pack that I have not been able to get done.

Vanilla+ irregular-themed skins and vehicles for insurgents, rebels, militia, etc. Was planning on adding a broader variety of technicals, improvised weapons, skins for multiple regional themes. Don't know if I'll get around to it.
