Dry Battle Weather Probability -50%

Description

This mod lowers the probability of getting dry weather before battles by 50%.

This mod should be compatible with other mods and overhauls that don't modify battle weather probability

Why?
I feel like its too easy to roll dry weather before battles so I wanted to make it more challenging

-50% may seem drastic at first, but without this mod, the odds of getting dry weather while also taking into account your current location ranges from 70% - 90%
The default probability of getting Fog and Rain ranges from 5% - 15% based on your location
With this mod the probability of getting dry weather before a battle is now 35% - 45%

At some point I will probably make another mod with even lower dry weather probability
