Sentry tracer from TF2 since as always its actually a custom game effect and not a particle and therefore sfm can't use it really because of how terrible it is.

Built out of tf2's bullet_tracers.pcf -> bullet_tracer01 and using float values from FX_BrightTracer tf2 source code/game/client/tf/tf_fx_tracers.cpp
