Description
Invited to the mysterious Isle of Caer Axol by an unknown benefactor, you and your party soon discover yourselves in an adventure like no other. Explore the ruins of an ancient empire, survive the feuding of the local undead rulers, and discover lost secrets. Uncover a tale of tragedy, ambition, and lost love as you delve into memories of the past in order to determine the future in SHATTERED HEARTS.

Shattered Hearts is my submission for the Crown Of The Dungeon Maker 3 contest. Designed to be completed in 45 minutes or under, it is a narrative focused experience where your actions have rippling effects within the game world. With combat completely optional, this campaign supports a variety of character types and takes players from level 1 to 3 with four unique ending paths. People who enjoy moral ambiguity, undead, baby shambling mounds, or tragic love stories will likely particularly enjoy this campaign. Have fun!

Note: The Lost Valley DLC is required.

This is a great story, a nice break from hack'n slash. You put a lot of thought into this one and it shows.

All good -- found them, and in fact found all of it great: inventive, dramatic, and nuanced as an exploration of evil and codependency. Unexpected in a Solasta workshop item; bravo!

This so atmospheric and different from the usual hack'n slash! I love it...I just can't find my way to the husband, after talking to the undead wife. Ran around outside for a long time. Ahem. Any hints?

Hi Sparx, you can make all enemies NPCs (including dialogue NPC) with the Community Expansion mod.

How did you make an Iron Golem an NPC? And can they have chat dialogues?
