Hi, I just finished making a retexture but I'm not sure how to finish uploading it. When I start the workshop_upload.bat it always says that the noita_dev.exe isn't an external or internal command. I keep seeing other guides showing a mod selection screen on the command prompter but not sure how to get there. Any help would be hugely appreciated, as I have no practically no idea how to do anything but the retexture. Also sorry for the huge comment. I mostly wanted to upload it as an archive so I don't have to worry about losing it because it took forever.

I read this as edible skin. The idea of which brought to mind a mod where you lost health if you pressed down to eat/drink until you die from eating yourself.
