Base Public Order +10

Description
This mod changes the base public order to +10 for all difficulties. This only affects the player.

I chose to make the base public order +10 because that's the base public order the A.I gets when playing on legendary.

  • This mod should be compatible with other mods and overhauls that don't modify the base public order.


Now:
  • All Difficulties: +10


Original:
  • Easy: 1
  • Normal: 0
  • Hard: -2
  • Very Hard: -4
  • Legendary: -8

hi could you please make this version of base public order of 0 at all difficulty?

i like playing legendary difficulty but i dont want -8 public order.

at the same time. +10 feels cheating.

could you please make a version of public order of 0 at all difficulty ?
