Description

Austrian post-war diesel locomotive and lightweight passenger carriages "Cockchafer" including the DMU trailer version BTl 7140.

Diesel locomotive 2045:
Austrian post-war diesel locomotive with central driver's cab. These diesel-electric locomotives were very unpopular with the staff because the driver's cab was very cramped and noisy. Initially used on main routes such as the Semmeringbahn, but they soon migrated on branch lines.

- Top speed: 90 kph
- Power: 760 kW, Diesel
- Tractive effort: 200 kN
- Weight: 67 tons

Lightweight passenger coaches:
Two-axle passenger cars for branch lines. Interior similar to the railbuses VT 95/98 or ÖBB 5081. 40 coaches in standard configuration, 7 coaches as DMU trailers. In operation between 1957 and 1983.

- Top speed: 80 kph - 90 kph
- Capacity: 56 (ingame 14) passengers
- Weight: 12 tons - 13 tons
