Description
Adds playermodels and NPCs of Combine units in changed order, an elite soldier, elite prison guard, and soldier with elite uniform.

First we got Nova Prospekt elite, then we have a white Nova Prospekt guard, then there's just kinda a mix between an elite and a normal combine soldier- wth is going on here?

It actually looks like it's still related and part of the Half-Life 2 Universe, just my opinion.
