Will be compatible with any future item updates and is compatible with modded items!

Credit to cybershadow95 for the original mod.
Credit to MentallyIllMale27 for providing the code that fixes the mod.

If there are any bugs, feel free to report them.

Bonus recommendation: if you run EID, make sure to use the mod config menu to enable descriptions of hidden alt path items.

Unfortunately that is not a bug. I've got no modding experience but the code updates the item pedestals as soon as you enter the room so unless there's a way to preload the sprite (which again, I've got no experience actually modding) on rare occasions you might experience a split second where you see the question mark. The more mods you have on the more likely you are to see this delay.

There is a small bug that causes that in the variants of the alternate floors (dross, ashpit, etc) there is a millisecond in which the item is seen with the question mark.
